What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you enter, including your name, phone number, suburb, selected service and job details. We also record the page URL so the team can understand the source and context of the enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use the information to receive, review and follow up on your enquiry. Relevant details may be shared with independent electricians in our network so they can respond to the enquiry.

What this means

Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment, electrician, price or response deadline. The electrician assesses the job and provides their own quote and service terms.

Storage and access

The current implementation sends enquiry records to a Notion database configured by the business. The team handling enquiries can access those records. The exact retention, access and deletion process is still being confirmed with the business and should be updated here when confirmed.
